Policies for our Service

By using our service you agree to these terms.

Refunds, Complaints, Prepaid Plans

  • If something isn’t right let us know via text message or phone call within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If we made a mistake we will rewash your laundry as soon as possible at no cost.

  • If you wish to cancel prepaid service due to a service error we have made we will refund all unused weeks.

  • Once service has started prepaid service is not refundable for any other reason.

What we do not wash

  • Dry clean only items

  • Silk, wool, leather, suede, or any other delicate material that requires special care

  • Items worth more than $100

  • Items you cannot risk being damaged or lost

  • If we notice excluded items we may remove them before washing, but we cannot guarantee all excluded items will be identified.

Our policy for reimbursement and loss

  • We will handle your laundry with care but there is some risk with any wash and fold service.

  • If any item is missing or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If damage or loss was caused by us our reimbursement is limited to 80 dollars per item and 200 per load.

  • Please do not include any item you can’t afford to replace or lose.

additional Notes

  • Please check all pockets before pickup. We are not responsible for any items left in pockets.

  • We are not responsible for any normal shrinking, fading, or wear and tear.

  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or pre-existing damage.
